High Performance Inks For Continuous Inkjet Printers, CIJ Printing Inks
Welljets offers high-performance inkjet inks for use with Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printing systems. CIJ printers work by expelling electrically charged ink droplets from a printhead nozzle and passing the ink through an electric field, which directs the ink to the substrate or captures it for recirculation.
Our inks for CIJ printers support industrial printing onto most materials, regardless of porosity, size, shape, and texture. These reliable CIJ inks can print on various substrates, including plastic and metallic films, paper, and paperboard.

Welljets Ink manufactures quality replacement inks for the most common CIJ systems in the marketplace. We also package these fluids in 100% compatible containers, eliminating adaptors, fittings, or add-on units. These products include ½ liter and 1 quart bottles, and 5 gallon pails for Videojet®, 1 quart bottles for Imaje®, and ½ liter bottles for Linx®. No flushing is needed with Squid Ink – simply replace the ink container and continue printing.
